Dynamic advocate and skilled educator of divergent learners with over 24 years of experience. Roniesha has used her skills and training to service students and teachers in Local Education Agencies such as Austin ISD, Houston ISD, Pearland ISD and Texas City ISD; Governmental Agencies such as Harris County and Galveston County Juvenile Probation Charter Schools, and NASA; Private schools, Churches and other Non Profits. As a curriculum architect, Roniesha designs a path for success while addressing individual weakness and strengths. A passionate creative visionary, Roniesha often speaks life into individuals, families and caregivers of diverse populations.

Tabaitha’s educational journey has been marked by versatility and a drive to learn across disciplines. With 15 years experience in teaching students with special needs and her drive for lifelong learning, she has explored diverse paths that blend formal education with hands-on practice. She has taught English as a second language, guided students with special needs, and developed creative educational resources tailored for different learning styles. Her path reflects a deep commitment to making education accessible, practical, and inspiring—not just for students, but also for parents and educators.

Educational Specialist/ Family Advocate

Dr. Taylor has obtained a plethora of experiences in both secondary and post- secondary educational settings; working for
public and private charter schools for over 14 years, the University of Texas in Galveston for over four years and Houston
Baptist University for two years. In addition, I has experience teaching as a Professor of Special Education. As an executive
leader, he has knowledge of tracking and evaluating progress of programs to promote success, collaboration with colleagues, and building the capacity of others. He received his Doctoral degree from Houston Baptist(Christian) University in Houston, TX; Master of Education Degree from Houston Baptist(Christian) University in Houston, Texas; Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies
(Education) Degree from Le Tourneau University in Longview, Texas; and Associate of Arts Degree from Galveston College in
Galveston, Texas.
