3-hour introductory workshop Designed for school-age children who need practical strategies for organizing materials, starting tasks, managing emotions, remembering directions, and completing responsibilities. Our course is desgined to understand cognitive processes to better direct attention, manage information, regulate behavior and set obtainable goals. We introduce these skills by creating: -Interactive games and movement-based activities -Visual schedules and planning tools -Parent take-home activities -Follow-up assignments and progress reflection
